In 1975 the Lord spoke concerning a Christian
sisterhood that was to be started on college campuses nationwide. This vision was given to Evangelist Mattie P. Dawson.
The Lord called it Eulogia Adolphi.
Eulogia is the Greek translation of the Hebrew
word berakah. It means blessed of the Lord.
It also denotes divine favor or chosen by God. It was often pronounced
on people of God.
Adolphi, translated as sister, denotes:
A natural relationship (Matthew 19:29, 13:56)
An infinity marked by the fulfillment of the will
of the father of a spiritual relationship based upon faith in Christ. (Matthew
12:50; Mark 3:35; Romans 16:1)
It was also used as a term of endearment.
(Song of
Solomon 4:5)
Today we have Elogeme Adolphi Christian Sorority,
The Blessed Sisterhood.
The vision came to pass in 1987 on the campus
of Bradley University.
With the supportive vision of the first National
Advisor, Denice Haynes and National Officer, Evangelist Judy Hendricks, Elogeme Adolphi Christian Sorority has been established
on college and university campuses nationwide.
Many more Chapters are still being established
and are growing. Chapters are currently incubating in Ohio and South
Africa.
